Product Information
We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products.
As timber is a natural material, variations in grain, colour, knots, cracks and other natural features should be expected. These characteristics are part of the uniqueness and beauty of each piece and are not considered defects.
Dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly.
Commissioned pieces are created to agreed specifications.
Once work has begun, changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs.
Where a deposit is required, this will be discussed and agreed before work starts.
Pricing
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Prices may be updated at any time but will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payments
Payment must be made in full before items are dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery
We do not currently offer delivery outside the UK. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the nature of the work and location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers should inspect items upon delivery and notify us promptly of any issues.
Returns
If you change your mind about a standard item purchased online, you may be entitled to return it in accordance with UK consumer law.
Custom-made and commissioned items are generally non-refundable unless faulty or not as described.
